Rate per night for a second person: € 25.
Prices include copious breakfast, snacks, bottles of water, VAT and city tax (*).
(*) City tax (€ 5 excluding VAT) was introduced as of January 1, 2020.
We will be glad to quote you a special rate for week- and month-long stays, as well as for package deals and special occasions. Contact us us to find out the various options.

Please note: your booking with Atrium 5 is not final until a deposit has been paid, equal to 50 percent of the total amount due.
If you cancel your booking, we will charge the following cancellation fee:
- up to seven days before arrival: the full deposit
- more than seven days before arrival: 50% of the deposit
All our rates include VAT.
